I have very recently completed a week on a private 1-1 course for the Monty Roberts introductory course of horsemanship with Chris.

From the moment I met him he was welcoming and made me feel at ease with every aspect of the course, from the theory to the practical side. My week was also aided by his three fantastic horses and teachers Yazz, Badger and Fox.

I learnt so much more than I ever expected from my week with Chris. I feel I have much more confidence and understanding. I found this course inspirational and am looking forward to putting what I have learnt into the practice with my own horses and those I encounter.

I would highly recommend this course or any Monty Roberts courses with Chris.
I am so excited to continue the Monty Roberts methods and can’t wait to further my education.

Thank you very much Chris

I have now been to several courses and highly recommend them. Chris takes time, demos and explains in a clear and logical way from the perspective of the horse. It really makes you think and him and the four legged gang are great teachers. You get plenty of hands on horsey action in lovely surroundings and come away feeling you have had a fantastic learning experience. Already looking forward to the next course 🙂

Thank you Chris, and of course Yaz, Fox and Badger (the herd), for what has been a life-changing experience.

You’ve restored my belief if the possibility of a relationship of mutual respect and trust with horses. I’ve witnessed, first-hand, the dance of respect between you – experienced the closeness and connection of a ‘join-up’; have been reintroduced to the true sensitivity and ‘softness’ of the majestic horse responding to the lightest touch and gesture.

There were moments when I was deeply moved emotionally as I saw a new and better way to work with horses – and what is possible in partnership with these beautiful and powerful creatures.

These 2 days have answered some life-long questions and made sense of my longing for something better.

Thank you

Naomi

Thank you so much for helping me with trailer loading my cob Bobby. Without your help we would have never made it to the vets. By breaking the process down for him you made the whole experience less frightening. It was lovely to see the difference in him in the trailer, from wild eyed at the beginning to calm and eating hay at the end. You really do have a very kind but firm way of giving the horse (and owner) confidence.

I can’t thank you enough,

kind regards

I attended Chris’s Horsemanship workshop yesterday; I’ve always wanted to try join-up & I found the whole experience really touching – I’ve never felt that close connection & trust with an animal before. It blew me away! Working with Chris’s gentle instruction and his amazing horses, Badger, Yazz & Fox was so magical. A perfect day!

Chris Morris is the best..I had an absolute non loader..after a view sessions with Chris my mare basically loads herself..takes me longer to hook the trailer up than loading my horse..thank you Chris!!

I came to study the Horsemanship 101 course with Chris, and I leanred so much in a short space of time, from how to approach horses, how they view he worlds, their social structure and more. I can’t recommend him highly enough, as in a very short amount of time i learned how to be around horses, and learned a lot from his kins and gentle manner with them. Thank you Chris!

Really impressed with Chris, came out to start re-education of my naughty Mavis, who bites, kicks and rears. Generous with his time and knowledge, gently but firm with Mavis who currently lacks the concept of personal space. Confidence giving for me. Looking forward to future sessions

Thanks for your help the other day. With your assistance my horse now remembers where his manners are and behaved impeccably at the vet!
